A typical Alentejo village house, simple but equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 larger ones with windows to the street and a smaller one that has only a window in the ceiling + 1 room in the annex with a small window in the door.
The traditional kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery. The living room has AC and a wood stove.
It does NOT have a dishwasher! There are two bathrooms with a large tub, which is in the backyard house!
The beds (even the double beds) have individual comforter covers as shown in the pictures.
The annex room is only available for reservations of more than 6 people! There is a "filter" and "old espresso" coffee machine - it is Nespresso capsule. TV with all 7 Portuguese channels and satellite. The bathroom in the main house has a shower. The living room has a large table, and a salamander. The backyard is large, and fully fenced. There are 4 deck chairs and a table in the backyard.
Parking is on the street and free .
The space is for uncomplicated and relaxed people :)
The village of Outeiro, very close to the castle of Monsaraz and the fluvial beach of the Alqueva dam, is very nice and traditional. There are still small stores and taverns. In the villages it is normal that people have dogs and cattle, and live with nature, so it is possible that you will hear a dog barking, birds singing and see a shepherd with sheep or goats...
